Periodic Inspection and Testing

Periodic Testing is required to ensure that electrical installations are safe to use and meet the current regulations (BS7671).

The electrical (mains) wiring in domestic properties are required to be inspected every 10 years and also at the change of occupancy to ensure that it is safe. This service involves the visual and electrical safety inspection (with calibrated equipment) of domestic household wiring which typically takes 4-6 hours for an average sized house.

This service will be of particular importance to landlords who must be able to present an electrical safety certificate to tenants at the change of occupancy.

White's solar can offer flexible working to fit the inspection times in with the customers schedules (including weekends / evenings).
